First Set of Forms Launch

In a continuous effort to serve stakeholders better, the Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA) is launching the first set of Company forms on the MCA21 V3 portal. The new forms will go live on 31st August 2022 at 12:00 AM.

The following forms will be rolled out in this phase:

• DIR3-KYC Web
• DIR3-KYC Eform
• DPT-3
• DPT-4
• CHG-1
• CHG-4
• CHG-6
• CHG-8
• CHG-9

To facilitate the implementation of these forms, stakeholders should note the following:

• Company e-Filings on the V2 portal for these 9 forms will be disabled from 15th August 2022, 12:00 AM.
• All stakeholders are advised to ensure that there are no SRNs in pending payment or resubmission status.
• Offline payments for the above 9 forms in V2 using the 'Pay Later' option will be stopped from 7th August 2022, 12:00 AM. Payments must be made through online methods (Credit/Debit Card or Net Banking).

Stakeholders are requested to plan their filings accordingly to ensure a smooth transition.
