Launch of Company ADJ Form

In its continuous endeavour to serve stakeholders better, the Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA) is launching the new Company ADJ form on 16th September 2024 at 12:00 AM on the V3 MCA21 portal.

To facilitate the implementation of this new form, stakeholders are advised to note the following:

• ADJ form on the V2 portal will be disabled from 12th September 2024, 12:00 AM to 15th September 2024, 11:59 PM.
• All stakeholders must ensure there are no SRNs in pending payment and resubmission status before the cut-off.
• Offline payments via the 'Pay Later' option in V2 will be stopped from 4th September 2024, 12:00 AM. Payments must be completed through online modes such as Credit/Debit Cards or Net Banking.
• The V3 portal will not be available for Company/LLP form filings on 15th September 2024 due to the ADJ form rollout.
• The V2 portal for company filing will remain available for all forms currently operating under the V2 system.

Stakeholders are advised to plan their filings accordingly.
