Faceless and Randomized Name Reservation

The Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA) has informed stakeholders that the processing of application forms for name reservation and incorporation at the Central Reservation Centre (CRC) is faceless and randomized. This means that applications, if sent for resubmission, will typically not be processed by the same official who handled the initial application.

Stakeholders are urged to report any malpractice or irregularity involving any official/officer at CRC or any associated professional. Reports should be supported with evidence and sent to CVO-MCA@GOV.IN, following the relevant CVC guidelines for action to be taken.
