Launch of Third Set of Forms

In its continuous effort to improve services, the Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA) is launching the third set of Company forms, covering 9 new forms, on 15th July 2024 at 12:00 AM on the V3 MCA21 portal. The forms include:

• MSME
• BEN-2
• MGT-6
• IEPF-1
• IEPF-1A
• IEPF-2
• IEPF-4
• IEPF-5
• IEPF-5 e-verification report

To facilitate the implementation of these forms, stakeholders should note the following:

• Company e-Filings on the V2 portal will be disabled from 4th July 2024, 12:00 AM.
• Ensure there are no SRNs in pending payment, pending investor details upload, or resubmission status before the deadline.
• Offline payments for these 9 forms via the 'Pay Later' option in V2 will be stopped from 1st July 2024, 12:00 AM. Payments must be made via online methods like Credit/Debit Cards or Net Banking.
• The V3 portal will be unavailable for filing from 13th July 2024, 12:00 AM to 14th July 2024, 11:59 PM.
• The V2 portal will remain available for all other forms excluding the 9 listed ones.

Stakeholders are advised to plan accordingly to ensure smooth filing and payment processing.
